Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...
OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Hello, I`m having the same issue here, please help. Here is my log
Thanks but I already tried and it didn´t work. Before posting here I already went thru a list of troubleshooting proceedures, no success yet.
UPDATE:
I added the OBS folder to the exception on windows secutiry and the log messages changed a little although I still can't see the cam on OBS:

Strange. When I go to advance settings it on Chrome it shows disable. I'll investigate this.
Oh, this setting was actually enabled on the OBS configuration side, not on Chrome. I disabled and it worked beautifully. Thank you for the heads up!!!!

it works for mi. not its perfectly running
