Question / Help Brower Crahes often.

I have brought this up several times and never received a solution so being it just happened again I will try one more time.
CEF Browser crashes frequently. Also, it never is never removed from active processes and unless I don't stop them with Task Manager I end up with several running at the same time.

Also, OBS64.exe is not removed from Processes after shutting down the program.
Yesterday I have 5 of them active at the same time until I discovered them.
