Windows Media Player used to be good, but it's turned into garbage now. Try VLC.

If it still doesn't work, screenshot your settings and post the URL to the logfile from a recording session that didn't work. Help -> Log Files -> Upload...

You've got a few problems, according to our automated analyzer:
See what you can do about those.

Also, reading it manually says you're using AV1. I'd stick with h.264 until you get it working. It's not as efficient (bits per quality), but it's been universally supported almost forever now. Everyone knows how to read that. AV1 just came out recently, so not everyone knows what to do with it yet.
H.265 is a licensing mess, so not everyone supports it either. Looks like someone tried to profit too much from that one, and killed it.

like i said at the top, i've tried using av1/h264/h265 and all same,i think that's not the big problem. i want to try to turn off the Hardware-accelerated GPU Schedule and lowered the volume db, is there anything else that i need to try with?

If it works, it works. If not, post another log and say what you did different to get that one.

...and don't pause your recording.
I thought that also paused the encoder, so no different at all compared to a jump cut without pausing, in terms of what ends up in the file. But yeah, try that too. Maybe there's more going on than what I thought.

Try saving to mkv instead of mp4, and don't pause your recording.

i've try not to pause the recording too, and i'm disable desktop audio at the beginning when recording. I still using mp4 format because in the first time when i install this obs software, everything is going well with mp4, until this problem coming. https://obsproject.com/logs/0hcOxQKO4YCKT6D3 here's the latest log with same damaged video results

You can download and install the MediaInfo util (make unchecked the new versions updates for the util itself and the explorer extension - they not required for your task):

in main menu of the util set: View > Text , then drag-n-drop media file into the util's main window. Copy and paste the text (rise right-click menu in the main window of the MediaInfo util, then click Select All, then again rise right-click menu and click Copy. Now you can paste this text inside your message here, on the forum).

Code:
...
IsTruncated: Yes
Means that file is incomplete.

Absence of media info data means that application was writing standard mp4 file (not fragmented). Because data grows with time all important indexing data resides (accumulated) in RAM of the PC until stop recording pressed. Then data flushes to the disk and header of the mp4 modifies according to last written bytes. If RAM fails (or will be inaccessible in other way) before final bytes will be written - whole recording becomes unplayable. Sometimes it is possible to recover some info from aborted recordings (https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...-by-running-out-of-storage.170051/post-626067) but for casual recordings it is far easier to shoot new video and forget about lost recording.

Self-contained fragmented mp4 recording acts differently, it writes data in small seamless fragments (each fragment in fact a complete movie), so this type of writing more robust in comparison to standard mp4. Of course, it wouldn't prevent data loss in case of hardware failures. Self-contained fragmented mp4 files requires modern players (old players will playback only few seconds of it, at best).

I didn't see on this forum info about AV1 limitations by file size or time. There were threads about fake capacity for external disks, RAM failures, RAM limitations, file system limitations, user mistakes (out of free space or overclock), firmware instabilities etc. Maybe you discovered new issue, who knows.

And just in case - check temperatures of your hardware.

Adding my 2 cents...

8GB of RAM is lame. Your system is more than likely using Virtual Memory & not doing a very good job of it. Reduce your Scenes to the bare minimum to lighten the load, they're a mess anyway with multiple game/window/display captures. Only (1) per. I would also ditch Application Audio & remove all video filters. There's also sample rate mis-match, set OBS @ 48k. Test
