Question / Help Broken Facecam

I'm trying to make my streaming set up, on OBS Studio, and I'd like to use a facecam. However, my facecam is coming up as a grey box, with a crossed out camera on it. I'm very confused as to why this is happening, as my camera works in other applicaitons. Thank you for helping!

What? I'm sorry, but that honestly does not make sense to me. I'll check out that link you posted, but I'm not sure what this means.
