Broadcasting audio to Rumble...but no video

Greetings:
New to broadcasting & OBS, but this is an awesome new challenge to learn. I've established a streaming Rumble acct & using OBS to stream to it on my Win11 desktop. I must be missing one small thing as when I played-back a test stream, I heard audio from my mic'ed camera, but not video appeared. Is there a setting/config I should check or tweak?
Thanks in advance for any/all advice/guidance.

Ok, I don't believe the audio making it to Rumble is of my IP camera but my desktop. Not sure my Source in OBS is configured correctly. Can you please provide the syntax/template for creating the input string for my Night Owl H8 series? I'd like to stream one of my eight cameras Rumble. Also, not sure if to use value for port 9000 or 2049; below, find a sample of the input string I'm using...but w/o success. I've yet to see video within OBS or Rumble.

rtsp://myUsername:myPW@192.999.999.999:2049/unicast/c8/s1/live
