Hey everyone,

I was wondering if it's possible to stream a broadcast a stream that has video on one computer and then sound from another?

Yes and no.

You can't, for instance, run OBS on two separate computers and stream separate audio and video streams to the same location and have the RTMP server on the receiving end integrate the streams, that's just not possible.

You can get audio from one computer into another by a variety of means, and then stream both from that single computer.

Look at the OBS-NDI plugin. You can use that on the 2nd computer and send an audio-only capture from that computer over a local network, and add it as a source on the streaming computer that has access to the video.
