Question / Help Broadcast recorded video?

I know OBS can record, but can it broadcast the recorded video?
I'm not having a problem here. I just want to know if there is a way to do it.

On your SOURCE column click on the + sign and then ADD MEDIA SOURCE

OBS is intended to broadcast directly, without pre-recording the video first. Just hit the "start streaming" button and you send live what you create just in that moment. You can record this to a video file in parallel if you also start recording with the "start recording" button.
If you want to broadcast an already recorded video, create a scene that only contains a media source, configure your video in the media source and start streaming.

If you already have a recorded video, you don't need obs at all to broadcast it. Convert it down to the bitrate your streaming service allow with preset very slow and than use ffmpeg with the switch copy to stream it, that will give you the best quality that is possible to achieve and doesn't require any high end hardware.
