Hello. Tell me how can I fix this?

According to tech info, the NVIDIA GeForce 810M is based on the GF117 GPU chip, which is Fermi based, which is a GPU generation before NVENC was implemented, thus it doesn't support NVENC.
Choose a different encoder such as Quicksync or x264.

Thank you, I understand) On other codecs, unfortunately, the computer is very slow. With what it can be connected? With the parameters of the laptop or is it because of the small amount of RAM ??

The CPU is very weak. This is not really a machine for streaming or recording. You should have Quicksync available as hardware encoder. This is less cpu intensive than x264. But in the end, streaming/recording is a very resource intensive task, even with a hardware encoder, which your machine isn't really able to do.

Please tell us where did you get that information, because according to NVIDIA the 810M is Kepler based, not Fermi. And NVENC should run on it.
