I'm trying to implement a teaching setup using multi-cams with an Elgato Stream deck. I have to use MS Teams and I've got the video (2x Brio, 1x Elgato Face cam) coming through OBS into Teams via NDI. The video is noticeably choppy compared to just selecting 1 webcam directly in Teams.
All the cams are running at 1920 x 1080. But even lowering the Brio resolutions results in choppier performance so I'm assuming it's the NDI codec creating extra lag.
Does anyone have a way to implement super smooth multi-cam video in Teams?
