Brightness Problem with my streams

Anytime I stream using OBS, my streams are incredibly bright, so much so that it makes it hard to see what's happening, with that being said ive tried lowering the brightness of my computer but that still doesnt work.

also while streaming, the stream appears to lag really badly and i have no clue on how to fix it, its really interfered with people watching my streams
