Brand new pc, OBS suddenly wont open, or crash on Profile change

Brand new PC, been smooth sailing for a few weeks. not even a speed bump.
today:
it either boots to an immediate crash, or to a profile im not using... but when i change, it crashes.
I imagine, its something i recently added, maybe from plugins? Ive recently added Virtual cam. even though its not running, Move transition, Streamdeck-obs-tools
and a few others... but all my sources have been the same for quite some time.... and more importantly work in the other scene with the initial boot.
ive tried unplugging all my periphials.... no dice.

Ill post some more saved logs as well.
oh yeah... HELP!

OTHER NOTES:
i cannot create a new blank collection, It crashes. i DO have NDI and Stream Deck (Ive read elsewhere they can be problematic plugins)
the other scenes open briefly, no matter which ( I have about 5 scene collections) and crash after about 10 seconds... before i can click on anything

ill try that.
the odd thing about this one, after it crashed, it was still running...

ok, deleted that. but now obviously all my MIC VSTs are gone.
I guess ill havew to do them all over again,
WILL THAT create a new ons-VST.dll file?>
