Question / Help Brand New Mac cannot stream without it being choppy.

I know you all probably get this a lot and I know it is in an early stage but with Elgato Game Capture and OBS running I can't ever seem to have a non-choppy stream. My upload is 12 mbps so it can handle it is just not working no matter how much I play around with the settings. Any response to this would be greatly appreciated!

Also, if you're using Window capture, try Display capture instead. Window capture tends to have very bad performance on Mac.
