Hello everyone,

I am currently trying to stream my xbox one game play through OBS and can not get a decent stream.

My current specs:

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)
Processor: 2.7GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB

This computer is brand new, I purchased it on 9/7/15.

So my set up is the xbox one through the Elgato HD 60 into the mac book. I open the Elgato Game capture software then OBS. I believe Ive downloaded everything OBS needs. The problem is when I use OBS the frame rate is terrible and its super choppy. It isn't even a watchable stream, however the Elgato software runs great and has crisp picture and high frame rates. I want to use OBS for Twitch Alerts and overlays but cant for the life of me figure out whats going on. Ive tried every set up on youtube so please someone tell me how to fix this!!!!

Here is my log

Don't use Window capture to capture the Elgato window, use Display capture instead. Window capture only works well on small windows.

Yea, window capture is the culprit. I should probably put something that says "WARNING: slow" somewhere for mac's window capture. It's just a terrible capture method that Apple's never bothered to optimize.
