Question / Help Bought a new laptop and OBS and streamlab dont work now

I bought a new msi computer (GP62MVR 7RFX) I7 16gb ddr 4 ram) and it gives me an error every time I try to stream. It says

"could not access the specified channel or stream key, please double-check your stream key. if it is correct there may be a problem connecting to the server."

I am using an elgato hd60 and a PS4 I upgrades so it would have a faster CPU then my old computer. But now I cannot stream at all. Please help.

Looks like you're trying to stream on wireless?
