I am using a StarTech USB 3.0 HD Video Capture Device. I also have a Tendak upscaler that I can't figure out how to get to work.
The bottom half of the display from my CRT TV is not being captured correctly. I am capturing from an original NES front-loader with RCA/composite video.
I am brand new to capturing technology and have yet to stream, I am just trying to get everything set-up first. A video tutorial I found mentioned something about downscaling the resolution due to the image being stretched... but I am not sure what that really means, how to do it in the OBS settings, or if this has anything to even do with my issue.
I have tried to emulate the set-up from this video on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0PDRBTtfZnw
Any help would be appreciated. I attached a screenshot of what it looks like in OBS.
Thanks.
