Boring transmission resolution problem

Hello everyone!

I would like to have help with an issue that is leaving me frustrated. Sometimes when I start a broadcast on Twitch, only the 1080p resolution option appears, and not all the others (720, 480,160 etc.). I have to restart the Stream about 3 to 4 times until all options appear.

The problem may be mine in some configuration, I leave the print below my settings.

You mean transcoding to additional resolutions. This is provided by Twitch and depends on your Twitch affiliate/partner status and cannot be controlled from within OBS. Only Twitch partners get guaranteed transcoding. Other streamers get transcoding only if there is server capacity free. See the feature table from Twitch that describes the partner/affiliate program:

tl;dr
As non-partner and non-affiliate your stream gets transcoding only if you're lucky and there's server capacity available at that time.
