Hi. I run OBS on 2 mac computers. One macbook pro, one Imac. No issues. I love it.
I have a new macbook pro (new for me) Intel. 3 years old. Works great. Created bootcamp. Downloaded OBS. It is the only thing I have in Windows.
When I downloaded OBS studio I opened it up and appeared to work. Mic picked up sound. When I restarted the computer and came back to OBS it crashed immediately upon opening the program. The software opened. The cursor would not move. 5 seconds later the computer shut down. This happened a number of times. I downgraded AMD radon pro software. I tried a lot of things.
OBS: 30.02
I do not see OBS in a list of apps in the Windows Defender Firewall list of communicating apps.
I uninstalled everything and tried again. Same issue. 1st time looks good. Second time and further, an immediate freeze and crash.
Anything to try? If I cannot use OBS to find a crash log, where else, or what else can I do to pass along info?
***I am running Windows 10 pro. (as I do with my other computers). When I went to properties and compatibility menu, the only options I saw were Windows 8 and below. The troubleshooter did not help.
Thank you for all assistance. Before I update my drivers (which were all updated prior to downgrade) I will ask for assistance. I'll try anything.
