Question / Help Blurry video

I can record a game perfectly in 60fps, but when i play back the footage, there are a bunch on squares that make the video blurry. (in the preview, it isn't blurry) How do i fix that? The picture is what the video looks like.

For some reason the picture didn't post, but when i stop recording i played the mp4 file with windows media viewer, and the video looks blurry from a bunch of squares.

Generally, we recommend using VLC to view video files produced with OBS.
