Question / Help Blurry video

Question regarding streaming, It is constantly buffering or the quality is so low if is blurry, My internet is 11 ping, 70mb dl, 11mb ul and as for the pc it is a bit older but I think would work.....I have a 1055T 6 core OC'd too 3.5ghz and GTX 760, 16gbs of ddr3 and I will tell you whatever else you need.

You could use the Auto Config Wizard and/or do a test stream and upload your log file, so we can have a look at possible problems.

Your ~11Mbit/s Upload speed should be enough for streaming with ~6000kbit/s without buffering/lag.
Maybe your buffering/lag is caused by encoder overload (this could be seen in the log file).

Your youtube link is not working for others (links in the Videomanager of my own account).
The Log is helpful.
Your CPU can't handle 720p 60fps or higher. That's why the configuration wizard has set the resolution to 960x540 @60fps. You could try 720p 30fps.
Maybe the GTX760 is supporting NVENC (I think so), so you can trade a some encoding quality for performance impact and use NVENC instead of x264 encoder.
