Question / Help Blurry video?

So Im using obs classic to record gameplay (It's a lot faster than studio on my pc.) Heres the pictures of my settings:

And heres my specs:
i5 3330
gtx 750ti SC
pny xlr8 120gb
8gb ddr3

This can record/stream games like BF1 and Rocket League just fine, but overwatch it seems to struggle with.

You're using OBS Classic which is no longer supported. Please use OBS Studio instead.
