Long time listener, first time caller...
I'm needing some help identifying the issue in my blurry stream and i'm not sure what to do next.

Single PC setup - PC Specs:
CPU: i7-10700k
GPU: RX 570 4GB
RAM: 32gb (4x 8GB) 3200mhz
Webcam: Thronmax StreamGo 1080p30
Bitrate: Tried them all lol
Have tried encoding through x264 (faster) and AMD H264 (quality), same result. Tried 30, 50 & 60 FPS across 720p, 864p and 1080p
I have played with literally everything - downscale filter, resolution - everything.
Here's the most recent stream @ 864p30 and 3500 bitrate https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1240319965. I gave up and just settled with this.
I'm frustrated because I used to stream on a worse pc and get better results!
Any help would be amazing!!
