Whenever I move or there is a high amount of activity going on in the game I'm playing, both my cam and game become blurry as if they dropped to 240p. As soon as the movement stops or slows down it goes back to about 720p, even though I have it set to 1080p. I thought it was either the ISP, Twitch, or a kb/s problem, but if it was then it would only happen on stream, but this happens even when I'm just recording footage. I don't know if it's a setting that I need to turn on or what. Any help would be appreciated!
