Okay guys, so I don’t think this is obs or it could be, maybe settings in my windows. No matter what I do from bit rate, resolution, everything! My stream comes out blurry when I move, but he when still.

16 gig ram
6800xt 16 gig
Z950 motherboard
Please do not say bitrate please please
I will even do ndi to my laptop and try to stream it from there and comes out the same blurry mess. But I use to stream on a older computer the same way with ndi and stream would push 1080 flawlessly
