Question / Help Blurry Stream/Local Recording

Hi All,

I am running the latest version of OBS 19.0.2 64bit.

Whenever I try and do a YouTube Stream or a Local Recording it is blurry.

I have chucked the bitrat up to 50000 on local recording but it does not help text still looks horrible.

For streaming I am streaming Gameplay using shooting games, I have seen the guide for FPS games etc
and followed it and it didn't help at all, it appears to be for an older version of OBS.

Could anyone suggest some settings for me please so I can get a good quality Stream and good quality local
recordings as well.

Simple output mode, indistinguishable recording quality, software low cpu use encoder, flv format.

That still gives me a blurry picture when recording.

I have not tried it for streaming but dont see it being any different.
