Question / Help Blurry Recordings

Hi guys, I am trying to get some help regarding blurry recordings. I would like to say that I have been using OBS for a long time now and despite the many problems I have dealt with such as recording black screen etc I was able to fix them all. I really cannot fix this issue I am currently experiencing. I am using OBS Multiplatform 64 bit on my windows 10. I have been using it to record videos on 30000 bitrate for many of my videos and it works like a charm. Previously I notice blurry recordings on more fps intense games and was able to fix the blurriness by cranking up the bit rate. Recently I am playing Dirty Bomb and tried multiple recordings with different settings and the video is just really blurry. If I am standing still the graphics is cool but when I run around and shoot people the recording gets really blurry.
Things I have tried
1. crank up the bitrate all the way to 500000
2. I am using simple mode recording mp4 for Youtube with audio bitrate 320. I use constant bitrate and encoder at very fast.
Here is a link to the log file https://gist.github.com/5885c3c836ed5bf2e1c2

This blurry thing only happened for Dirty Bomb and other games such as Fallout 4, Rust did not have problems. Is there anything I could do to fix this? I would love to get help and thank you guys for taking your time to read this.

Wow I am surprised I got a reply so quickly. Thank you Sapiens. I am not quite sure what you mean. Could you tell me a little bit as to how that works? I am using Multiplatform Output Mode Simple. I tried to go through all the options in settings and did not see that. Here is an updated log file that I just made right now if you need it. https://gist.github.com/fadf7bb49b85c88c23a9

Facepalm. I am using an older version. Let me update and record a sample video to see if it helps. I apologize for my stupidity. OTZ

Hi Sapiens. I just tried your suggestion and it worked!!!! OMG I am like =v= right now. Is there a reason behind that? The default is record at stream. I also am curious that the new version moved bitrate to streaming. Does it mean recording no longer is affected by the bitrate? Thanks in advance

The recording presets are basically variations on https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/how-to-make-high-quality-local-recordings.16/ with the exception of "lossless," which uses the UT Video codec and is mostly for crazy people with too much hard drive space. The default behavior is to use the stream encoder settings, because to stream and record with different settings means you're having to run two separate encoders. For straight recording however the presets are great.
