Question / Help Blurry recordings although i have decent PC

hello. im getting blurry recording although i have a decent pc . pc specs - r3 1200 , rx570 4b , 8gb ram. the recordings are very very blurry

I have also attached a SS of the video . take a look at the text and game.l they are so blurry

CBR @ 3.5 Mb/s is way too low for 1080p 60fps.

Try some test recordings using CQP, start with the QP @ 22. If you want higher quality recordings, lower the QP. If you want smaller files/lower quality, raise the QP.
