For some reason the output of my OBS Recordings is coming out extremely blurry. I've attempted to follow every guide I've found on these forums as well as other places but nothing seems to improve the quality. I feel like I must be doing something wrong or overlooking something, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
For clarity, here is what my game currently looks like:

OBS Preview Window shows that it is capturing the game at a good standard:

However the output looks like this:

Hopefully you can clearly see the difference. If not, I have tried to attach the video output of OBS below.
My Settings are as follows:

I'm pulling out my hair trying to figure out why putting the bit rate / quality up is not improving the fuzziness of the output.
Computer Specs are:
OS: Windows 10
Processor: i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz
RAM: 16GB
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
This blurriness only comes when recording with OBS - There is not quality loss using Shadowplay. However I would prefer to use OBS as Shadowplay's Audio options are minimal.
