Hello, I have an issue, because I tried to start my streamer's career and I set up my OBS settings and I set my bitrate on 8000 and both resolutions on 1600x900. When I am moving camera, screen starts being blurry and pixelated and when I don't move it's ok. What problem can it be? I don't think 8000 bitrate is too less for that resolution. ( I can't stream on CPU, because it is low end and old ). My graphic card is Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660.
