The fact is that 6000 kbps is too low for broadcasting modern games on twitch, especially shooters, so it makes sense to reduce the output video resolution to save bitrate. Due to this, you can improve the degree of detail of the picture, as well as reduce the number of blocking and artifacts.

Optimal resolutions for broadcasting on Twitch at 60 fps:
➜ 1664x936, 1600x900, 1536x864 for dynamic games;
➜ 1280x720 can also be specified, especially if you have a weak video card, but the picture will be blurry;
➜ 1920x1080 for medium to low motion games.

It doesn't help, everything is the same, everything is blurry. I tried many methods, including 30 fps, and I streamed to YouTube at 16k bitrate and on twitch. Although all the streamers are fine with the broadcast of this game, good quality and picture, although I asked them to set the settings to 6k bitrate and Full Hd Quality

You can't do anything with Twitch, deal with it. If you think that others have better quality, then this is not so. For YouTube, you should specify an output resolution of 2560x1440 and a bitrate of 18000 kbps+. YouTube works completely differently than Twitch.
