We had a couple of changes pretty quickly with out setup and I can't figure out why we went from smooth recording to a new, much nicer camera, showing up a blurry when people the speaker is moving. We are not streaming, just recording. Could it be the PC processor?
Camera: Canon VIXIA HF G40 (so much better zoom than what we were using)
Computer: Ryzen 3 2200G (3.5Ghz), 16 GB ram, SSD, Black Magic Intensity Pro Editing Card.
Audio is coming in from the Behringer X32 through USB.
OBS Video Settings: 1920 x 1080, output 1280 x 720, Bicubic, 59.94
OBS Output Recording: Bitrate 3500 kbps, Keyframe - 250
