Question / Help Blurry movement in Streamlabs OBS

Good Evening,

I am trying to record video through StreamLabs OBS, and whenever I move quickly inside the game, my video becomes blurry. Any fix? I have attached YT Link to show what I mean. https://youtu.be/ngNRTyBkM2s

Type: Standard

Format: MP4

Recording: Software (x264)

Rescale Output: Unchecked

Custom Muxer Settings: N/A

Rate Control: CBR

Bitrate: 5000

Keyframe Interval: 0

CPU Usage Preset: faster

Profile: high

Tune: None

x264 Options: N/A

Please let me know how I can fix this.
