Blurry (Is it Scaling?)

So I record videos for my YouTube channel, and the quality is pretty good and it's WATCHABLE but the thing is, it looses some of its quality and blurs a little bit, it's not bad but it's somewhat annoying. I'm willing to upgrade any of my parts in my pc to help fix this but also like overclocking my system is fine and anything that would work would be GREATLY appreciated! I hope to hear some responses back since I heard that this is an amazing and helpful community, so I thank you in advance for your contribution!

Youtube will always recompress your videos so they look worse on Youtube than on your machine. Nothing you can do about this.
