Question / Help Blurry Colors and no sharp view

Hello everyone.
Im recording my Games with OBS and always thought to see a kind of blurry colors and no complete sharp views after encoding my videos.
Now im aware that already happens after recording!

im trying to record an old classic Game, as you can see, and the colors in the front window are the original ones and in the backround are 2 videos (mp4's) which i made of the game.
i changed the bitrates, cpu usage and many different things but could not make it look like the original.

im thankful for every suggestion!

i tried changing the renderer (no difference between D3D and OGL) and i changed all combinations of Color Formats, Color Space and Color Range but nothing really looks like the original :'(

Probably your environment not ready for color processing... There is test charts to test equipment.

Anyway, if you have plans to post your videos to popular services (like youtube, twitch etc.), you should aware of chroma subsampling that should apply to the videos. I think, you complaining about it.

To reduce color spill, try to upscale the old source and then record. Increase overall quality of the recording. Avoid small color text. Use white/black outline for custom text.
