Blurry camera feed when streaming from streamyard through obs

I haven't been able to find a solution to this... and it just started happening. No problem before.

I connect my camera to streamyard, and invite a guest into my stream.
I input the streamyard browser feed into obs as a browser source.

When I stream to youtube and/or facebook, the guest camera is clear, but my camera is blurry.

Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can fix it? I found a workaround by doing a screen or window capture of the streamyard browser window, and keeping the browser sourse running (for audio in).

Thanks for clarifying... I didn't know there was one... found it though.
Please note. I had left OBS running in the background (forgot it was on) since the day before, so the log title shows 2/28/22. The live stream session began at approximately 5:30 pm et, and completed at 7:12 pm et. (I'm assuming that there is something in the log around that time that will tell us why I had the issue.
