Hello everyon, first post here.
I have an issue recording screen recordings in Windows 10. I'm using OBS, but I believe it's a more generic issue, since the recorder from the Windows/Xbox game bar (windows key + G if you have it installed) also prorduces blurry results.
My settings should be fine and the actual preview on OBS is crisp. But the video is not:

So I hit record and then play the video, here's how it looks there:
I tried different settings, more bitrate, different encoders... nothing. It almost feels like Windows is applying some sort of blur + brighten overlay over everything.
Anything anyone could think of trying before I go down the dreaded route of reinstalling Windows?
Could it be a codecs problem, is there any tool to clean everything out and something else I could install?
