Blurred video even with 6000bitrate

My setup: FX 6300 - GTX 1050ti - 8gb RAM. Internet: 100mb (60% upload)

It only happened with Dirt 4.

With my experience editing videos, this blur in the video usually means low bitrate, but Twitch only accepts 6000.

That's expected. 6000kbps isn't actually all that much, and the encoder you're using isn't all that great -- that generation of nvenc is only going to be about as good as about the "veryfast" preset on x264, with a little bit more macroblocking.

It's the foliage and rapid movement that destroy the encoding quality. High contrast, high motion. It needs a LOT more bitrate to look "good".

Try changing the preset from Quality to Max Quality. You may be able to squeeze out more quality from those bits with 2 pass. If there's encoder overload, rendering lag or game issues, change it back. That log also shows 5000 kbps.
