Blur/Pixelation Gameplay Recording. Troubleshooting myself didn't work

Hi Team. I'm having trouble with blurry/pixelated images when recording movement in gameplay. I've searched the forums and tried to troubleshoot with Youtube videos but the settings they show are not setting in the 26.0.2 version. Any suggestions?

CPU: Ryzen 3600
GPU: RX 5700xt
