Blur areas of windows to prevent doxxing

Idea is to be able to take programs, web browsers, game launchers, games themselves, and set areas on them that blur automatically no matter what capture method is used.

Examples

Web browsers, blur all tabs
Game launchers, blur real name that displays
Games blur out connection codes or server IDs

If one of these windows is on a display capture, it would be nice for the blur to move with the window so a user can not doxx themselves

+1 for exactly that functionality. Adding several blurred areas is painful at the moment!

Do you see any way to blur different areas over time while showing i.e. a software or website?
First page: Login Screen (i want to blur login data area) and I click to login. then the screen changes to
Second page: Now I want to immediately blur other areas of the captured software (i.e. account balances or account number)
