Bluestacks audio to OBS

I'm having trouble getting audio to route to OBS from Bluestacks during livestreaming - when I can hear it it then goes into a feedback loop
I've enabled the Desktop Audio - in properties there is 4 options - Default, Speakers, Realtek Digital Output and AMD HD Audio
Default/speakers is the only one working and like I say it goes into a feedback loop

Can anyone help?
