Question / Help Blue Yeti mic being picked up twice

I have been trying to fix an issue I've been having that I can't seem to fix.

I am using OBS on Windows 10, I have a Logitech C922 webcam, a Blue Yeti mic, and I am using Astro A50 headphones.

When I am using the mic, both the mic/aux and the desktop audio feeds are picking up the sound. So, I'll speak and the mix/aux meter will register and a split second later the desktop audio meter will pick it up.

In Settings / Audio - I have desktop Audio Device set to default and Mic / Aux Audio device set to my blue yeti.
In advanced, Audio monitoring device is set to my A50's. Regardless of what I have this set to, I still get the audio on both.

My webcam is muted and sound is not being picked up from the mic on the webcam. I have tested this further by completely unplugging the webcam. In this case, the problem still occurs.

In windows Sound settings, my default playback device is set to the A50's., My default recording device is set to the blue yeti. I have ensured that "Listen to this device" is unticked.

In OBS, even when I have the Mic/Aux meter muted, the mic is STILL being picked up by the Desktop Audio meter. So, it mutes as expected (meter doesn't change for mic), but meter moves for Desktop Audio, and I can still hear myself being repeated in my headphones.

Setup wise, I am using Display Capture for my game video (as I can't get game capture option to work.
