Question / Help Blue screen

Hi! Sorry for my bad English.

My system is
Xeon x3440
Biostar H55a+
RTX 2060 super
16 Gb RAM
Windows 10 Pro

When I only play game all is ok. But if I try to record or stream it, I often have or freezing or blue screen.
Virtual memory sets by system required. Video drivers was reinstall by DDU.
I have two physical disks. I made recording on another one.

Help me, please

Update BIOS and turn off overclocking, check your memory with Prime95 or some other stress test.

I'm afraid without overclocking I can't play games

Then lower it, as it isn't stable if it's producing blue screens.
