Question / Help blue overwatch and sudden internet disconect

So I bought a brand new PC with windows 10 and I now want ot get back to recording and streaming so I wanted to get back to OBs but to my surprise things arent working as they are supposed to. when I start OBS all my colours get changed to basix ( no idea how to fix that) which makes Overwatch turn blue. and multilple times while streaming OBs just disconected and I know it isnt my internet for I Was watching my stream and chat on my laptop and everything was working fine there ( I even did a speedtest just to be sure). so how to fix these issues
