Blue Face Tracking Box in 26.1.2

I updated to 26.1.2 using M1 MBP w/BigSur. After update I get a blue box that seems to track my face. I don't want the blue box showing, is there a way to shut that off?

I'd love to know the cause of the blue box appearing, though I do not have the problem.
But in my opinion, it is best to also post the found solution to a problem so that others encountering the same issue get some help as well.
