I've been trying to figure out the solution for this for like 2 hours but everyone just says to put bitrate on 8k and it's good. My hardware is i7 12700, 3060 ti and I have 900 download 900 upload. I've tried all the encoders and nothing, different bitrate values, nothing. Downgrading to 720p made it slightly better but still present as shown in the clip.
I'd appreciate anything at this point
