Question / Help Block all Non-Game audio?

How do I completely block non-game Audio (everything, mic, browser, music, etc) from being picked up on OBS while running all of my sound through my headset? I want to be able to listen to youtube or talk to friends while recording footage. I just downloaded voicemeeter. However, voicemeeter does not appear to do what I need it to do. All sound MUST go through my headset, and most games do not have the option to change the audio source anyway.

You are in the wrong place to ask this as that's not an OBS problem. Voicemeeter and Virtual cable will achieve this for you but you need help with those tools and not OBS.
