Blinking???

So, My game capture is blinking in OBS. I'm using an Elgato HD60s+ capture card to capture my gameplay from my PS5, through the capture card, to my TV. My gameplay is then picked up by the 4k capture Utility program, which I then source as a game capture on OBS. I have no other blinking display but the display in OBS, There is also no blinking from my camera in obs. Please help me fix this!

Close your 4k capture utility, remove the game capture source and use a video capture device source.
