So I am running into, what I believe, is a very unique situation.
When I start streaming, everything on my stream is flashing black, around the same speed as my FPS.
In searching through a million forums, speaking to members on discord, no one can seem to solve my issues. A couple of things that I have tried but have not worked:
1) clean uninstall and reinstall of my graphics card drivers, and made sure I had updated drivers everywhere
2) created an entirely new scene with just a color source, still running into the issue
3) unplugged all monitors but 1
4) uninstalled, and reinstalled OBS Live
5) updated Windows
6) analyzed and fixed any issues my log files were pulling up... now showing no errors, but still having the flashing screen issue.
This screen is not just local to my computer, it is visible on the stream and in recordings.
I also think its important to point out that I am having zero issues with streaming via StreamLabs. Although, I would prefer to stay with OBS Live
I really hope someone will be able to pinpoint the issue that I am having
