Blank Window capture

I've been streaming to twitch & youtube problem free for a few months however when I went to stream my race last night my window capture is blank. I've tried deleting it, closing the program down and setting it all back up but still nothing. It finds the window that I want to capture but it's just blank. I've also made sure that it's sized to fit screen. Any help will be great. For infoI'm trying to stream a Zwift race.
