Question / Help Blank Video + No Skype/NDI Audio

I'm having trouble recording both the video and audio.

I was managed to display the Skype source under NDI source after changing compatibility modes. However, there is no audio in the NDI channels.

In addition, the video is a black screen for NDI and my browser. Oddly enough, the notepad app was the only app of those I had open at the time to display in OBS.

I'm having the same issue.
I can receive NDI video from external sources outside a local network but can't get NDI from Skype on my computer or any conputer plugged in via ethernet.
I unplug my laptop from my pc and immediately can receive skype NDI on the wireless.
Am unable to receive video when hard-wired.
I'm trying to receive Skype video from my native PC but am unable to do it!
Very frustrating!
