Blank Video Elgato Camlink 4k

Just received delivery of Elgato CamLink 4k, downloaded driver from Elgato site. Tried to get video Camera with Clean HDMI out working with it. Showed up in Sources in OBS, added it have audio input but video is a black screen. Any ideas?

I am having a similar problem. Windows 10, Elagato capture, camera works elsewhere, not recognized by OBS.
